Practice in the Community

Practice in the Community

Designed to Help You Build Confidence, Skills, and a Sense of Belonging

At Bariatric Counseling Center, we believe that lasting change happens when you can take what you’ve learned and apply it to real-life situations. That’s why our Practice in the Community program is designed to help you build confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging while engaging with the world around you.

For many clients working through binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, or food addiction, these real-world experiences are essential to long-term recovery.

Through guided outings and group activities, you’ll practice new habits, connect with peers, and learn how to navigate real-life challenges.
