Our programming includes meals prepared by our Executive Chef in our beautiful teaching kitchen. We teach our clients how to use healthy ingredients to prepare meals in a timely fashion without sacrificing taste and flavor.
Our daily group sessions include a variety of therapeutic, dietary, culinary, and movement themes and topics, as well as mindful eating and accountability. Below are a few examples of our weekly curriculum.
