Dine Together
Share Meals, Practice Mindful Eating, and Enjoy Camaraderie
Eating is more than just nourishment—it’s an opportunity to build a healthier relationship with food. At Bariatric Counseling Center, we guide clients through mindful eating practices to help them recognize hunger cues, manage emotional eating, and feel confident in social dining settings.
This experience is especially powerful for individuals recovering from binge eating disorder, food addiction, or compulsive overeating.
