Enjoy Movement
Movement is About Feeling Good
Rediscover the joy of physical activity in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. At Bariatric Counseling Center, we understand that moving your body can feel intimidating or overwhelming, especially if you are also navigating challenges like binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, or food addiction. That’s why we focus on creating an inclusive space where movement is about feeling good, building strength, and improving your overall well-being — never about punishment or perfection.

Why Movement Matters
As part of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), movement sessions help you reconnect with your body in a supportive, judgment-free space. These sessions are not about weight loss or performance—they’re about finding joy in movement and building a positive relationship with physical activity.
For many clients in recovery from disordered eating, especially binge eating or food addiction, movement becomes a way to restore trust and compassion toward their bodies.
