Bring a Friend
Make the Process More Enjoyable
A strong support system can make all the difference in your wellness journey. That’s why Bariatric Counseling Center offers a Bring a Friend session each month—giving family members, friends, or partners the opportunity to learn, understand, and support your path to a healthier life.
These sessions are especially meaningful for clients working through binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, or food addiction, as social support can reinforce positive change at home.

My favorite thing about the program was…
“The no judgement zone and importance of confidentiality. The lessons apply to life beyond the kitchen table. All therapists, doctors, and staff treated each of us with respect. Flexibility with small groups led to engaging, productive discussions.”
