Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide flexible, structured support for individuals seeking sustainable health and wellness changes. Whether attending onsite in San Antonio or joining virtually from anywhere in Texas, clients receive expert guidance from registered dietitians and licensed mental health professionals in a compassionate, supportive environment.
We specialize in helping individuals living with binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, and food addiction build healthier relationships with food and body.

Each IOP session includes:
Learn practical strategies for mindful eating, meal planning, and portion control.
You’ll also learn how to recognize and interrupt patterns related to food addiction or binge eating.

In-Person Sessions
Held at our San Antonio facility, offering a supportive, immersive experience.
Virtual Sessions
Available throughout Texas, allowing for flexible participation from home.
Session Schedule & Attendance
We offer daytime, evening, and weekend sessions to accommodate your schedule:
Morning Sessions: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Tuesday – Friday)
Evening Sessions: 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (Monday – Thursday)
Weekend Sessions: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Saturday)
Clients can choose any combination of sessions that work for them!
